Mr Pogi TV Movie Review: Kita Kita (I see you)

Movie Review: Kita Kita

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Kita Kita. (I see you)

First off i want to congratulate the cast and crew of this film. GOOD JOB!

This review will be short like me and Empoy. I will try not to spoil a thing so don't worry!

One, the story. It is a predictable type of love story (for me ok?) I kind of predicted the end but I did not expect the feels. Like seriously I was like 'oh f*** no sh**'. Having a story like this in the Philippine cinema is like gambling a lot. People are not used in this kind of story in my opinion, but I love how the story went.

Two, the sequence. 2 things came into my mind, 1st, the feeling for me was like watching Christopher Nolan's film where in the movie, the past, the present and the future simultaneously meet. I like how they presented it, it was not boring, it did not made me yawn and I have to hold my bladder to not miss any scenes! 2nd it was unique. Im tired of how movies were presented today in the Philippine Cinema.

Three, the characters. Tonyo and Lea were the most notable characters for me in there. I asked myself what if Piolo Pascual or John Lloyd Cruz portrayed Tonyo? There will be "kilig" feels but it will not be so much "kilig" on how Empoy portrayed Tonyo. The way Empoy presented it was so natural, he was quick witted, funny and amazing. Alesandra who portrayed Lea was also awesome, I do have a crush on Alessandra since High School! Seeing her in the movie got me excited. Her portrayal in the movie was believable. I remembered Charlie Coxx from the Netflix Daredevil right away. I won't explain any further to not spoil anything.

Four, the music. It was chill type, especially when the Two Less Lonely People in The World plays with KZ Tandingan's cold voice queues. God, it was perfect, the score and everything. Where is the OST ? Hit me up in the comment section please?

Five, the cinematography. The long shots, the camera panning, the bokeh-ish shots, uggghhh it was amazing. It was comforting and it was done professionally and by that it resulted on serving the story well. Notable scene for me there is the house of Lea and Tonyo. It both showed how the world is to Lea, showed the world how the world is to Tonyo and showed the world how the world is with both Lea and Tonyo.

Six, the setting. You can really tell if a movie was made here in the Philippines or if it is outside our country. Well this one it was made in Japan. All throughout it was shot in Japan. It was a brave attempt for the filmmakers to spend money on a film that is kind of experimental. Also my dream place is Japan!

Seven, the Feels. It was striking, it was funny, it was heart breaking, it was exciting, it was thrilling, it has everything that I could ask for in a love story movie. One notable feel for me in this film was it was funny. The way Lea laughed so natural when Tonyo is cracking some jokes. It was natural.

Eight, the effect. You know how a movie is successful when it is still the talk of the town. The effect of that film still bugs me. It also changed how the people viewed Empoy. Like how the society today has been searching for the boy next door who is cute or handsome, but in reality it is the nice, romantic and funny guy that we need.

Nine, the message. The message of the film to the people was simple but yet they presented it uniquely. The message was just "You did not notice me when you were able to see me, but when you were not able to see, you actually saw who I really am." Love is blind, it doesn't matter if you are short, skinny, ugly, beautiful, sexy, and fat. What matters most is the person inside. Looks fade, but who we are inside will remain no matter what. This film will teach you how to love and how to love again.

Ten, the chemistry. I don't know about you but I saw a great chemistry between Alex and Empoy. It was amazing. It was like they defeated KathNiel, LizQuen and many more. AlemPoy is the new loveyeam of 2017 #AlemPoy. I will never see another movie again of Alex without Empoy as her leading man. Who would've thought that Captain Blu will be a leading man today named Tonyo.

So I gave this film a 5 out of 5, it deserve that score! A romantic comedy that didn't go mainstream for actors and actresses and a story that isn't the usual, predictable yet didn't leave us hanging, it was satisfyingly heart achingly good. This is the end of my review, leave a comment below and subscribe to my blog.

Alright?

Philippines goes Gaga about this Lady

Gaga. damn she looks like Elizabeth Ramsey in this pic.

That explicit word is a curse word among the filipino people.

Originaly it's called 'Gago' but then men grew smarter and start to notice that even female beings can be dumb too, so there it is, the female version of Gago..... 'Gaga'

Then a pop icon appeared and used the word Gaga instead of Galunggong.

According from a source at yahoo answers:

"Rob Fusari, who helped her write some of her earlier songs, helped create the moniker Gaga, after the Queen song "Radio Ga Ga". Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta was in the process of trying to come up with a stage name when she received a text message from Fusari that read "Lady Gaga.""

Then the name Lady Gaga was born.

I wonder if genteleman galunggong will be an awesome stage name.

But then again

'Gaga'

Let me give you an example:

Woman: hoy gago ka ah bakit mo ko sinisilipan?

Man: gaga! Bakla ako masyado kang ambisyosa baho baho naman niyan.

Enough about that.

I don't even like Lady Gaga's songs. But heck i go gaga because she is hot.

With her weird costumes, with her weird dance steps, with her weird persona, Lady Gaga was a stripper back then.

First song that i've heard from her was the song poker face... And the word was made famous and drowned in the mouth of the people that i knew. I didn't go gaga with that song. (yes knew, because i dont know them anymore)

There even was a controversy that she is a hermaphrodite... Then i kept on looking for videos and pictures displaying her genitals but i don't think and in my opinion that she has one. Still i go gaga to her.

Then there came the song judas.

With that single song i have nothing against, for i am a song writer too. I wont go gaga on her song.

I write what i feel, i write what i eat, i write what i experienced, i write what i see, hear, taste and smell.

She wrote that song not because she is a satanist, she wrote that song because she wants to express something.

It is art. It is her freedom to express. It is her own view.

As blasphemous as it might look to the roman catholics, and will forever be a sin to the Lord,

If you think that watching the concert is a sin, so help me god.

Lady Gaga is a great performer, with her stage performance that she slipped, i laughed there not that hard but then again she kept on playing as if nothing ever happened. Wish there were blood.

Now at this very moment what is the reaction of the pope again?

Nevermind.

She will be performing tomorrow. again tomorrow... Wait she did performed last year 2009 right?

The controversy here is about the video and the song judas.

Some say it's mocking jesus. Hey i mean come on i know that is wrong why not tell lady gaga not to play he song Judas for 2 nights?

The problem is they judge Lady Gaga from her song.

If it weren't for her song the bible group guys will not be crying their hearts out.

Playing with bikini?

Well hello my friends, if you look closely some themes in some variety shows here in the philippines displays sexy women with sexy outfit. The that's fresh from my memory was the part where cristine reyes danced in a two piece outfit. Damn that was hot.

Whatever happened to the slogan "it's more fun in the Philippines"

Well enough about this, you might say i'm a gaga supporter, well the truth is

Yeah.

Nah im just kidding.

I don't take any stand. i do think something is wrong with lady gaga's outfit, well why not tell her about it.

Something is really wrong with the song judas, well why not tell her nicely?

In my opinion protesting is just a waste of time and energy in something like that.

To what ever happens to the youth after that show, then freaking guide them.

It's not like they are all going to be a badass kid who will dance with a bikini and sing and write songs like that song.

The youth knows what is right and what is wrong.

It is still their choice whether to follow the steps of Gaga.

Or become a priest like papa Piolo from the teleserye Dahil Sa Pagibig.

Cause baby he was born that way.

If you know what i mean.
